Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and there's no trial clock. The free plan covers your books: receipts, expenses, mileage, invoicing and reporting, with unlimited clients and unlimited quotes. You enter and categorise things yourself. Each month you can send 5 invoices, add 20 receipts and add 30 transactions. AI reads 3 of your receipts a month. Wrightly Plus lifts those limits and reads up to 100 receipts a month.
What do the paid plans add?
Wrightly Plus lifts the free plan's limits and does your data entry for you. It has unlimited invoices, receipts and transactions. It reads up to 100 receipts a month with AI, sorts your transactions into categories and matches receipts to them. You approve every batch before it reaches your books, and you can undo a batch. Wrightly Premium adds projects, timesheets, recurring invoices, files on quotes and invoices, and the copilot chat. It reads up to 1,000 receipts a month.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Wrightly Plus is US$8 a month, or US$80 a year, about 17% off the monthly price. The first month of the monthly plan is US$4. Wrightly Premium is US$12 a month, or US$120 a year, about 17% off the monthly price. The first month of the monthly plan is US$6. You can cancel any time.
Are there any limits on the copilot or document processing?
Yes. AI reads up to 3 receipts and invoices a month on Free, 100 on Wrightly Plus and 1,000 on Wrightly Premium. Bank statements do not count. The copilot chat is on Premium and has a daily allowance that ordinary use does not reach. Nothing is lost if you hit a limit: your documents stay saved and you can enter them by hand. The counts reset each month. If your business needs more, talk to us.
I'm an accountant or bookkeeper. Can I run all my clients under one plan?
Yes. Wrightly Practice is free to set up and includes 3 client entities, then a fixed price per entity after that. See the practice price above for the amount in your region. It opens with a 14-day free trial, covering up to 3 client entities so you can put a few real clients through before you pay. Every entity you manage gets the full Wrightly Plus feature set, and your clients keep ownership of their own books and sign in free.
Do you handle my money?
No. Wrightly never touches your bank account or moves money, and connections are read-only. You keep control of your accounts. Wrightly only reads and organises the data.
Can I connect my own AI or tools?
Yes, on every plan. Connect Claude with the one-click MCP connector, or use org-scoped API tokens for scripts and other clients. Everything the app can do, from receipts and invoices to publishing transactions, is available as tools.
