Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and there's no trial clock. The free plan covers your books: receipts, expenses, mileage, invoicing and reporting, with unlimited clients and unlimited quotes. You enter and categorise things yourself. Each month you can send 5 invoices, add 20 receipts and add 30 transactions. AI reads 3 of your receipts a month. Wrightly Plus lifts those limits and reads up to 100 receipts a month.
What do the paid plans add?
Wrightly Plus lifts the free plan's limits and does your data entry for you. It has unlimited invoices, receipts and transactions. It reads up to 100 receipts a month with AI, sorts your transactions into categories and matches receipts to them. You approve every batch before it reaches your books, and you can undo a batch. Wrightly Premium adds projects, timesheets, recurring invoices, files on quotes and invoices, and the copilot chat. It reads up to 1,000 receipts a month.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Wrightly Plus is AU$12 a month, or AU$120 a year, about 17% off the monthly price. The first month of the monthly plan is AU$6. Wrightly Premium is AU$19 a month, or AU$190 a year, about 17% off the monthly price. The first month of the monthly plan is AU$9.50. You can cancel any time.
Can I connect my bank?
Not yet. Live bank feeds are coming soon, read-only and revocable any time. Today you can export a statement from your bank (CSV or PDF) and hand it to the copilot, which reads every line and lays out a coded ledger for you to check before anything is published.
Do you handle my money?
No. Wrightly never touches your bank account or moves money, and connections are read-only. You keep control of your accounts. Wrightly only reads and organises the data.
Can my accountant use it too?
Yes. Wrightly is multi-member: invite your accountant or business partner into your organisation with their own login and the right role.
Can I connect my own AI or tools?
Yes, on every plan. Connect Claude with the one-click MCP connector, or use org-scoped API tokens for scripts and other clients. Everything the app can do, from receipts and invoices to publishing transactions, is available as tools.
